Existing facility to be renovated into a warehouse facility. All existing interior partitions, ceilings, and furniture will be removed in their entirety, with only a limited portion of the existing office area remaining for future use. At the rear of the building, a new open loading dock will be constructed. On the exterior, along the south and west sides of the building, the existing parking lot areas will be demolished to accommodate a new truck court and truck parking area. In addition, two existing driveways will be relocated as part of the site improvements. This project was originally submitted in 2023 under Building Permit Application No. BCTI23-00308. However, the owner cancelled the project, and the application process subsequently expired without issuance of the building permit. The plans being submitted with the current application are the same plans originally submitted in 2023, bearing the same dates. Some of these plans received approval during the previous review process; however, the permit process was never completed, and no building permit was ultimately issued.
