Installation of new air compressor equipment installation will occupy an approximate area of 10.5' 14.5', located on the third (3rd) floor of an existing parking structure, at the rear side of the existing elevator shaft. The installation zone falls within the limits of the existing parking lot, adjacent to the office building. The designated area shall be enclosed with a security fencing system consisting of 2" diamond mesh black vinyl chain-link fabric, supported by 2-3/8" diameter, 0.095 GA line posts spaced at 10'-0" on center, welded to 6" 6" anchored base plates. All equipment including the Zeke's dryer, receiver tank, air compressor, and SP-25 unit shall be mounted on a new concrete equipment pad, per the construction drawings. Air distribution piping and associated fittings shall be Infinity genuine pipe system components throughout and it would be run along the existing canopy that connects the parking lot with the offices building all the way to the laboratory room as marked in the drawings. Electrical service shall be extended from the existing elevator electrical panel located on the first (1st) floor, utilizing a 240V electrical feed, in accordance with applicable electrical codes and specifications.
